AJ4F - always just for fun

Our AJ4F events are for folks who really want the fun, challenge and community feel of a competition without the anxiety or pressure of one.

All our AJ4F workouts are accessible to EVERYONE - there is no Rx or scaled division.

We publish scores in first name alphabetical order - not 1st, 2nd 3rd etc.

We give prIzes according to our values:

Coming up…

Our first ever AJ4F event was in September - we had 15 teams of 4 compete in 3 different workouts. Movements included: rowing, box step ups, empty bar thrusters, situps, dumbbell snatches, lunges…

Our next AJ4F event is in December - this one is an individual event to find your CrossFit Total - 1 rep max back squat, deadlift and strict press.

Again, prizes will bar given for Community Spirit, Virtuosity of Movement and Effort.
